You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product. You will receive a refund according to the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are your responsibility.
Please check your courier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all included accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $15.00 per item applies to all returned products. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspection, and warehouse handling. How it works: The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. For example, if you return a product worth $60.00, you will receive a refund of $45.00.
When the fee applies:
- Returns of items in new, unused condition
- Returns due to a change of mind
- Returns of items ordered in the wrong size or color (when a size chart was provided)
When the fee does not apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Important to know: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the restocking fee. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this restocking fee policy.
